This is a before picture, a large flat tag on the temple. These types of tags have a wide base of attachment/feeding on the body. They need to be quarterized just at skin level. They may weep for some hours. Dry-up. With salt water solution they can be falling away in a week, leaving the skin clear.
Once upon a time, Doctors would scrap these away with a scalpel. Which wasn't always permanent. As they are of the wart family and are in the blood system. Bleeding onto the skin will encourage them to grow. When your immune system is low, thats the time a tag is most likely to appear. Usually in areas that are susceptible to wear&tear. e.g. base of the neck, armpits, bra line. When the immune system comes up the tags will stop growing in size until the immune system goes down again. Then continue to grow.
